Each semester, Academic scholarships are offered for full-time local students who obtain high scores from all taught courses. Whereas scholarship and contract basis students must study hard and compete with each other either scholarship basis students can maintain their scholarship status or they lose and by this opportunity contract basis students may change their status from the contract to scholarship based in the following semester.

AU students go on winter holiday (December-January) and summer holiday (May~August). Please note that the holiday dates can vary. AU administration will inform students about holiday periods in advance.

Yes, you can. AU has an active transfer program and AU administration can consider applications for transfer admissions. However, each applicant must meet all the requirements for transfer students. Yes, AU does not limit an admission for a student who has a condition that markedly restricts one’s ability to function physically. So, AU does not put any restrictions for handicapped/disabled students and fully accepts them on a competition basis on an entrance examination likewise to the other applicants. Facilities of AU have been fully equipped with elevators, open spaces, recreational areas, and the interiors of buildings.

AU has no lyceum now. In the future, AU may open a lyceum, but currently the university focuses only on the development of higher education.

Current AU students can transfer their studies to other Universities. However, AU students should comply with the requirements of accepting University.

AU graduates will be able to work at any global company having necessary practical and English skills. However, AU directs its efforts to train highly skilled specialists for the economy of Uzbekistan and does not encourage students to work in foreign states. International students are eligible for partial scholarships. If you rank high showing good academic performance during Fall Semester 2020, you will receive a partial scholarship for the next semester according to your ranking as in the following table.
