AU Business School team to represent Uzbekistan in CFA Research Challenge in Istanbul

Students of AU Business School will participate in CFA Research Challenge 2023 in Istanbul, Turkiye. The CFA Research Challenge is an annual global competition that provides university students with hands-on mentoring and intensive training in financial analysis and professional ethics. Each team member will be tested on analytical, valuation, report writing, and presentation skills. At least 6,400 students from 1,000+ universities located in over 100 countries annually participate in this challenge for the best equity research and investment recommendations. A delegation of AKFA University headed by President Bekhzod Djalilov is visiting Germany to establish cooperation with German universities. AU students take part in TV show, learn process of recording shows

Students of the journalism program of AU took part in the Minbar TV show of Mahalla local TV channel. The show was dedicated to the issues of introduction of the market basket, problems of its introduction and finding solutions to them. During the show, the students had chance to give their questions to the experts, who were attending the show. At the same time, the students get acquainted themselves with the process of recording TV show, including work of hosts, cameramen, editors, etc.

A delegation of St. Petersburg headed by Governor Alexander Beglov visited AKFA University. AU named Apple Authorised Training Centre

AU, the private university in Uzbekistan, has been recognised as an Apple Authorised Training Centre for Education (AATCe) for app development. A group of principals of all 34 public schools of Mirzo Ulugbek district of Tashkent city paid a visit to AU on 31 October 2022. The visit of the principals was organized by the Department of Public Education of Mirzo Ulugbek district. President of AU Bekhzod Djalilov welcomed the guests. During the visit, the guests received information about AU, the first private university in Uzbekistan, and its educational programs. Journalism students visit the editorial board of the newspaper “Yoshlar Ovozi”

Students of AU journalism program paid a visit to the editorial board of the newspaper “Yoshlar Ovozi” (Voice of Youth), which is located in Matbuot Uyi (Press House) in Tashkent. The chief editor of “Yoshlar Ovozi” Khamza Abdullayev gave a tour of the editorial board. Students had a chance to witness the working process on the news edition, including editing, correcting, designing, and publishing steps. Korea Industry Intelligentization Association (KOIIA) donated various software for over $1.65 million to AU.
