Dr. Muhammad Saiful Islam Khan is working as an Associate Professor of Chemistry, at School of Medicine, Akfa University, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. He secured several national and international scholarships and/or fellowships throughout his academic career. He made significant contributions in the area of non-thermal plasma research. He is the first person who showed Scanning Electron Microscope and Energy Dispersive X-ray technique can be used for the rapid microbial detection. His research works were published in several international journals. He presented his research data in a number of scientific meetings and conferences around the globe.
